LAST MEETING: JASPERS Restaurant
The setting of Jaspers, an old sandstone cottage, in leafy Hunters Hill on an autumn day certainly set the scene for the day.
The food was very good, the service perhaps a little lacking. The wines matched the food very well.
A pity some of the aged Hunter Semillon bottles were corked. Nobody picked the masked red, a 98 Penfolds bin 128.
The horses arse was won by Graham Baigent, congratulations. Something a little different was the Alan Jackson music
playing in the background.
