This Meeting: Sealevel Restaurant and Bar
Situated on the beachfront of Cronulla offers unsurpassed views and gives new meaning to the term beachfront dining. With 30 years experience in the industry brothers Claude and Dave Allouche combine a relaxed atmosphere with excellence in service. Head chef Nathan Allouche delivers the finest and freshest produce to create an eclectic menu of seafood and Modern Australian dishes with Italian and French influences.

Last Meeting: Banjo Paterson Cottage Restaurant
A perfect day – 16 members and 2 guests. On arrival we enjoyed Tempus Two Sparkling Pinot Chardonnay with prawn twist and dipping sauce, oyster with lime and soy dressing and beef bruschetta with tomato and artichoke tapenade. Entrée of Prosciutto wrapped barbequed quail with caramelized figs served on borlotti beans, grilled polenta, shaved Pecorino and white truffle oil very tasty and went well with the Nepenthe Sauvignon Blanc. The Veal Goulash Pie with tea smoked cherry tomatoes real stick to your ribs tucker was accompanied by 2007 McGuigan Shortlist Cabernet Sauvignon. Hazelnut nougat ice cream terrine with crème anglaise and raspberry coulis went well with the 2005 Tempus two Botrytis Semillon.
The Horses Arse was won by Graham Baigent.
